Principle of Light Wave Drying:
A light wave fast dryer converts electrical energy into light waves, which can directly act on water molecules inside the product to be dried without the need for a medium, causing them to absorb, reflect, and permeate. When water molecules absorb light wave energy and their original vibration and rotation frequencies are consistent with the frequency of light waves, they are prone to resonance or rotation of molecules and atoms, greatly intensifying their motion and heating both inside and outside the dried product. There is no surface film phenomenon, which can greatly improve drying speed and production efficiency, and play a role in energy conservation and consumption reduction.
