Principle of ceramic kiln:

The semi-finished particles are fed into the kiln through the preheating kiln tail (high-end) chute. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the semi-finished particles roll along the circumference while moving axially from the preheating kiln tail (high-end) to the roasting kiln head (low-end); The fuel is sprayed into the kiln through a burner at the lower end of the roasting kiln for combustion. The heat is transferred to the semi-finished particles through various means such as radiation, convection, and conduction. During the movement of the semi-finished particles, they are dried and preheated before entering the roasting kiln for roasting, and undergo various physical changes and chemical reactions to form ceramic particles. Finally, they are discharged from the kiln head and enter the cooling machine. High temperature flue gas enters the kiln tail dust removal system from the preheating kiln tail.
