Direct-fired thermal oxidation (TO) device, the organic waste gas is first preheated by the heat exchanger, the exhaust gas into the direct-fired thermal oxidation (TO) device for treatment; such as the need for residual heat recovery, the use of inter-wall heat exchanger can provide 80% heat recovery efficiency, incineration efficiency of up to 99% or more.
