Waste polarizer recycling production line

Polar flakes are fed into a conveyor through a feeding platform and transported to a shredder. The material is shredded into flakes through the shredder's processing (if the material is charged electrolyte polar flakes, an additional drying furnace can be added to evaporate the electrolyte, and an environmental protection equipment can be added). The material is then sent to a coarse crusher through a sorting bin and a conveyor, where it is processed into smaller flakes. The coarse crusher then passes through a feeding fan and enters the first stage drum screen to separate some black powder. Large particles enter the fine crusher for further processing and then enter the second stage drum screen for screening. The screened large particles enter the powder mill and are then transported to the metal particle bin by wind power. A rotary vibrating screen is installed under the bin for final screening, separating black powder from the metal particles.
