Recycling line for used poles

The pole pieces are put into the conveyor through the feeding platform and transported to the shredder, through the processing of the shredder, the material will be shredded into 30-50mm flakes. The flakes enter the coarse crusher through the conveyor, and the suspended magnetic separator is installed on the conveyor to remove the magnetic material in the material; the coarse crusher processes the material into flakes of about 5mm. The flakes enter the tumbler screen through the overfeed fan to screen out part of the black powder, and the large particles enter the fine crusher + mill for further processing and then enter the tumbler screen to screen out the large particles into the mill for processing, and then conveyed to the metal particles silo through the wind, and the rotary vibration sieve is installed under the silo for the final screening, to separate the black powder and the impurities in the metal particles. All the collected black powder is transported by wind power to the black powder bin for centralized treatment.
