1.High temperature pyrolysis furnace (electric heating/gas heating type)
Under the protection of nitrogen gas, the volatile substances in the crushed materials of lithium battery are pyrolyzed at a high temperature of 500-600℃. At present, the high-temperature pyrolysis furnace developed and manufactured by the company has a number of patented technologies and has been applied in many engineering cases.
2.High temperature pyrolysis furnace (electromagnetic heating type)
The system adopts electromagnetic heating/resistance heating, which improves the thermal efficiency to more than 90%. It adopts step material conveying system, which has excellent overall sealing performance, low nitrogen consumption, high material filling rate, and greatly improves the production capacity.
