Tail gas treatment system
The waste gas generated from dismantling and recycling of waste lithium batteries is treated by dust removal and high-temperature combustion of VOC gas in the TO furnace, and then enters the secondary spray tower, where the F ions and P ions in the waste gas are neutralized and purified by lye, and finally residual salts are removed in the activated carbon adsorption tower to achieve the standard discharge. The qualified rate of waste gas treatment is up to 100%, which solves the problem of high energy consumption in the process of environmental protection treatment. The whole set of equipment adopts PLC automatic control system designed and developed independently, which can realize fully automatic operation and fault chain protection.
