Crushing and screening system

The crushed material is separated from the black powder, copper aluminum electrode plates, and outer shell by a screening machine, and transported to the black powder silo through pipelines. The remaining copper and aluminum, as well as the outer shell, enter the air separator for further separation. The copper aluminum electrode and shell are fully dispersed through the wind selection channel. Due to the downward movement law of free fall, light materials (copper aluminum electrode) are sucked up into the cyclone separator for collection, while heavy materials (shell) fall directly under the action of gravity, thus achieving the separation of the shell and copper aluminum electrode.
