Manganese sulfate roasting - manganese tetraoxide rotary kiln

The process of calcining manganese sulphate to produce manganese tetraoxide involves high temperature treatment, in which manganese sulphate decomposes at a specific temperature to produce manganese tetraoxide and other by-products. The calcined material is calcined at a constant temperature of 1150°C to 1350°C for 6 hours, and then the calcined material is conveyed to a cooling section, cooled to room temperature, and finally crushed to produce manganese tetraoxide. The main content of manganese tetraoxide prepared by this method is ≥71.00% in terms of mass percentage of Mn, with high purity, few impurities, and the indexes of vibration density and bulk density can well meet the physical property requirements of lithium manganate precursor for new energy batteries.
