The production of lithium manganate by high-temperature calcination needs to meet certain reaction conditions, mainly including temperature, time and atmosphere. Normally, the reaction temperature is 800℃-1000℃, the reaction time is 2-4 hours, and the reaction atmosphere is oxidizing atmosphere.
Reaction process
The high-temperature calcination reaction process of lithium manganate can be divided into three steps, which are pre-scorching, calcination and cooling. Firstly, in the pre-cooking stage, the raw material of lithium manganate is added into the furnace and pre-cooked under oxidizing atmosphere. Secondly, in the calcination stage, the precooked lithium manganate raw material is calcined at high temperature, and the lithium manganate raw material will undergo a redox reaction to produce LiMn2O4.Finally, in the cooling stage, the calcined product is cooled down to room temperature, and lithium manganate can be obtained.
