Solid waste disposal equipment

The specific steps of the solid waste incineration process include:
Pre-treatment: Waste is mixed, sent to the waste feed hopper by the grab, filtered and sprayed into the rotary kiln and the second combustion chamber for incineration respectively.
Combustion process: solid waste undergoes high temperature decomposition and combustion reaction in the rotary kiln.
Energy recovery: The high temperature flue gas generated in the second combustion chamber enters the waste heat boiler to recover part of the energy to produce steam.
Flue gas purification: The flue gas after being cooled sharply enters the dry reaction device to adsorb the harmful substances, and then enters the bag filter to remove dust. Finally, it reaches the strict flue gas emission standard.
Emission: The purified flue gas is heated to eliminate the white smoke and then sent to the chimney to be discharged into the atmosphere through the action of induced draft fan.

Incinerator features
