Cracking (pyrolysis) furnaces

Pyrolysis (cracking) furnaces are used to decompose organic waste into combustible gases, liquid oils and solid charcoal products by means of heat in an anaerobic or low-oxygen environment. The organic material in the material is decomposed into small molecules of gas, liquid oil and solid charcoal by heat. The pyrolysis process can be divided into four stages: drying, preheating, pyrolysis and combustion. In the drying stage, the water in the material is evaporated; in the preheating stage, the volatile components in the material start to release; the pyrolysis stage is carried out in an anaerobic or low-oxygen environment, and the organic matter is decomposed into combustible gases and solid residues.
