RTO waste gas regenerative incinerator

Waste gas regenerative thermal incinerator (referred to as RTO) process principle is: hydrocarbon organic waste gas by the direct combustion of 760-850 ℃ temperature, so that it is completely thermally oxidized, the retention time of 1 ~ 2 seconds (i.e., direct combustion of the RTO working condition). At this high temperature, the organic matter in the exhaust gas is oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water.

Characteristics:


(1) Adopting heat storage type heat exchanger, the heat storage carrier and the gas directly exchanges heat, the heating speed is fast, and the low temperature heat exchange effect is remarkable, so the heat exchange efficiency is particularly high, and the sensible heat in the combustion products is recovered to the maximum extent. High thermal efficiency, low exhaust temperature, energy saving effect is remarkable, reduce fuel consumption also means reducing greenhouse gas emissions;


(2) Because the flame is not generated in the burner, but in the furnace high-temperature heat storage body begins to burn gradually, no high-temperature front, and thus low combustion noise;


(3) and the traditional combustion process is completely different thermodynamic conditions, the use of graded combustion technology, delayed-like combustion under the release of heat energy; furnace temperature rise uniform, low burn loss, heating effect, there is no longer a traditional combustion process in the local high-temperature high oxygen zone, inhibit the generation of thermodynamic nitrogen oxides (NOX), environmental protection effect is good;


(4) The temperature in the combustion chamber increases as a whole and the distribution is more uniform; the temperature of the furnace chamber can be as high as 850 ~ 1100 ℃, the air velocity is large, the combustion speed is fast, the flue gas stays for a long time at a high temperature in the furnace, and the oxidative decomposition of organic matter is complete. Environmental protection effect is remarkable;


(5) exhaust gas inlet set inert alumina ceramic ball, the heat storage ceramics play a protective, buffer, filtering effect, to extend the service life of the heat storage ceramics; I choose the porcelain ball with high temperature and high pressure, low water absorption, chemical stability, high compressive strength, not easy to be poisoned and so on;


(6) Three-way switching dampers with reliable sealing materials, with rapid switching, not easy to wear and tear, long working life and other characteristics;


(7) The system adopts PLC automatic combustion control, with high degree of automation, stable operation, high safety and reliability;

1, The concentration of organic waste gas is low (0~3000mg/Nm3), larger organic waste gas treatment capacity;
